I’m not a sit-and-nod therapist. I help you understand why you feel the way you do, identify emotional patterns that aren’t serving you & develop tools that actually work in your day-to-day life. I integrate CBT, DBT, & psychodynamic insights with a real, compassionate approach for high-performing individuals.
