I work with individuals and families to help them navigate through life’s difficulties, such as anxiety, peer/family relationships, and behavioral challenges. Integrating evidence-based practices, such as EMDR and EFT, will help you manage difficult emotions, cope with stress, build resiliency to discomfort or pain, and address challenges.
