I am a Trauma Informed Therapist and Confidence Coach providing tools and techniques to Women and Men struggling with self love, confidence and trauma. In our journey to healing, we will work collaboratively with tools and resources to increase self love and to heal. As your therapist, I will take a nonjudgmental and empathic approach to help you in your journey to healing. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker that has a person centered and non-directive approach. In our therapy sessions together, you lead and I listen and provide you with the tools and techniques as needed. Our allotted time is for you to talk, process, challenge, and work on anything you see fit to change. And my role is to provide you the space to heal.
