Coming to therapy gives you that sounding board. Whether you are a veteran, first responder or have gone through other traumatic events, I will help you process these experiences in a safe and supportive environment. We will build trust first, and then begin learning skills to reduce symptoms. These are practical skills that you can use in your everyday life. Your treatment is centered around your goal.
