I'm here to guide you throughout your journey in finding and maintaining strength, hope, direction, and motivation to thrive in life. I started my own practice, Enlightened Therapy, because I had a vision for a therapeutic atmosphere of safety, support, and empowerment in order for my clients to meet their goals. I operate utilizing evidence-based practices that are customized to each individual’s needs. I believe in therapy that addresses all areas of a person's life, including family, relationships, work, school, and physical health. I most commonly utilize client-centered, cognitive behavioral therapeutic approaches. I have several clinical interests, but am most passionate about working with adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, adjustment concerns, grief and loss, sexual concerns and identity, and relational concerns.
