My goal as a clinician is to empower clients to work through depression, anxiety, life's stress and substance use, through Motivational Interviewing, CBT, and mindful based strategies. I am dual degreed in social work, attending Southern University in Baton Rouge for my bachelors degree and Southern University in New Orleans for my masters degree. Currently, I will provide individual therapy, substance abuse group therapy, behavioral health assessments, and treatment planning.
