I work as an eclectic therapist, using client centered therapy, family systems therapy and cognitive behavioral techniques. I provide a non-judjmental empathetic approach to counseling. When working with families; It is my belief that if one person in a system makes a change then the whole family system will change. In my work with individuals, I assist my clients in determining underlying fears that may be causing anxiety and depression; so that they can begin the healing process. I hope to empower each of my clients so that they can overcome the obstacles and struggles in their lives.
