Hi! My name is Erin. I am a Licensed Therapist with 11 years of experience working with clients with depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, grief & loss, pregnancy, prenatal, postnatal, parenting, children issues, self esteem and identity, life limiting illnesses, and overall life struggles. Starting my own private practice to help others in need has always been a life-long passion. During these trying times, and need for constant adjustment to society, I feel there is no better time to offer individualized therapy that focuses on optimizing overall mental health and well-being. Seeking therapy is a big first step. I have worked in the Hospice Inpatient setting providing one on one grief counseling, children’s bereavement counseling, and overall grief and loss support. Experience working with End Stage Renal Disease patients to cope with life limiting illnesses, teaching coping strategies to improve overall perception of quality of life. School aged children & family.
