It takes tremendous courage and strength to ask for help and allow another person into your life when you feel vulnerable and alone. It has been my honor to work with adolescents, adults, couples, and families for the past several years to promote healing and growth. I strongly believe in utilizing a strength-based approach that promotes a partnership between my clients and I so that we may achieve their personal goals together! I specialize in diverse mental health concerns including trauma, substance abuse/dependency disorders, bereavement, anxiety, depression, anger management, and interpersonal relational issues. I am a Certified Trauma Treatment Professional, Integrative Nutrition for Mental Health practitioner and earning certification in Yoga for Trauma as well as Certification in Lifestyle Medicine from the American Academy of Lifestyle Medicine.
