As an experienced clinical social worker, I am dedicated to providing compassionate, personalized support for adults and teens, ages 13-55, that are navigating life’s challenges. With familiarity across a variety of settings—schools, hospitals, community agencies, and more—I understand that each person's situation is unique. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, depression, childhood trauma, learning disabilities, relationship issues, confusion around parenting skills or coping with domestic violence, I'm here to help. My goal has always been to educate others so that they don't need to suffer like others have before them. Sometimes, the first step is simply talking it out—either through an initial consultation to determine if therapy is the right fit for you or to help you find your next therapist if you've lost your previous connection.
