Our groups are designed specifically for what each individually needs. We do not believe in having "cookie cutter" groups because one size does NOT fit all. Our groups are designed to help individuals with Trauma, Relationships, Autism, ADHD, and Anxiety to name a few. Elementary groups 6-10 Tween groups 11-14 Teen group is ages 14-19 Young adult group is ages 20+ Groups involve mindfulness, neural resetting, bilateral reprocessing, social skills, anger management & whatever else the group needs. Groups are kept small and run about 8-10 weeks. View 8 Photos The session consists of completing non-riding tasks with the horse as a skilled master’s level therapist guides them through the healing process using different modalities such as parts work and somatic experiencing. The horses are free roaming in session so they are unrestricted in their ability to assist us while meeting their own needs as a sentient being
