I help high-achieving (read: perfectionistic) women in their 40s and 50s who were just diagnosed with a chronic illness or autoimmune disease and are trying to figure out what's next. Maybe she is reassessing the life that's been built and questioning how to maintain it. Maybe she's made the realization that the life that she's built is no longer sustainable and wants to figure out how to rebuild. Maybe there is no life-altering illness or health crisis, but she has simply realized that her life is no longer working for her and wants a partner to help her figure out what she does want from her life and how to get it.
