About

My ideal client is someone who looks forward to going to therapy and wants to learn new skills. The work that I have done focuses mainly on trauma, and exploring coping strategies and grounding activities to help us when our emotions get too big to handle. I am very passionate about self-care and discussing how to incorporate that into daily living.
