My name is Eric Carlson and I am the founder and director of Brainwise Solutions LLC, an innovative practice that offers counseling, mindfulness groups, plant medicine integration counseling, meditation products, retreats and organizational training and consultation. My 30 plus years as a therapist , college professor, and trainer have taught me that the decision to seek therapy is not an easy one and difficulty in overcoming past wounds is rarely related to lack of effort. My compassionate and caring philosophy combined with best practice multi-modal therapeutic approaches allows me to help a wide variety of people.
