I like to offer my clients an opportunity to choose between an office visit, or a walk and talk at a nearby trail or park. Through my research I have found that clients with difficulties like ADD/ADHD, depression, and anxiety respond best to treatment in the outdoors. Prior to this I worked with students and families at a boarding school for high schoolers with learning difficulties for 8 years. And before that I’ve worked with youth and families in many different capacities for several years.
