To everything there is a season and I am here to walk with you in whichever season that is... I believe that the therapy room is a sacred place for each person to learn, process and grow at their own pace. Most of my work is centered around children using non-directive play therapy, but I have a heart for all individuals or families seeking help through anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, post traumatic stress disorder, and their racial identity. I am eager to join you in the trenches and give you a safe space to process through the things that may be too heavy to hold alone.
