Life can be troublesome to most of us at some point our life. You may not even be sure what you need to do. I enjoy exploring the areas of life that are holding you back and walking the path with you to find the direction you want to go. I offer a devoted focus on understanding your views, beliefs, and experiences. Change can be hard. Especially to do it alone. We can uncover the roadblocks that are keeping you stuck from getting the most out of your relationships doing the things that you love. I’m an Arkansas native, and I love the outdoors. I am an Army National Guard Veteran who served 20 years with 2 deployments to Iraq and one to Kosovo. For the last 10 years, I worked for the VA working on trauma recovery, grief, addiction, brain injury, and family issues.
