I am here to meet you at your crossroads. I provide a collaborative psychotherapy with adults. I have over thirty years of experience working with individuals experiencing Depression, Anxiety, and Trauma. My therapeutic orientation is Mindfulness CBT Therapy while incorporating eclectic ideas including Trauma Therapy, DBT-Informed, and Neuropsychotherapy.
