Therapy with me is a warm, grounded space to explore what’s showing up on the surface and what lives underneath, so you can reconnect with your authentic self. We all have tender, shadowed places we’d rather keep hidden, yet bringing gentle light to them creates clarity, connection, and compassion. I’m here to hold space for all of you—the strengths, the struggles, and everything in between. Always, with care! I specialize in working with individuals who struggle with depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, relationship problems, life transitions, and trauma. I tend to pull from Internal Family Systems and Emotionally Focused Therapy because of their nonjudgmental and compassionate approaches, but I am also trained in CBT, DBT, and Motivational Interviewing.
