We've been through a difficult past few years, and so many of us are burnt out or disillusioned by the state of the world and the challenges of finding genuine connection - especially for those of us who are marginalized for being our authentic selves. Having a space to process our feelings and offload stress can be a turning point for many of us toward meaningful change and deeper awareness of ourselves as we navigate life's challenges.
