I believe that good therapy starts with a strong therapeutic relationship. From this foundation of connection, empathy, and understanding, we’ll work together to explore what’s holding you back from a life that feels full and meaningful. I'll help you to cultivate mindfulness, develop self-compassion, bring healing to old wounds, discover inner wisdom, and move towards a more full way of being in the world. My approach to therapy recognizes the importance of mind, body, and spirit. I pull from different modalities including The Hakomi Method, mindfulness, AEDP, IFS, and humanistic therapy.
