Let’s be honest — finding the right therapist can feel like a grind. Everyone’s got credentials and polished websites, but none of that means much if you don’t actually click with the person you’re talking to. Therapy only works when there’s real connection and trust. I don’t do sugarcoating or therapy-speak. I’m not here to “fix” you — I’m here to help you face what’s in front of you and start moving toward something better. I’ll keep it real, challenge you when needed, and always show up with honesty and respect. Life can hit hard. You deserve a space where you can be yourself. We’ll take it one step at a time, at your pace. I received my Masters in Counseling from NIU (2018) in both clinical and school based counseling, specializing with adolescents and young adults. I have my Bachelors of Arts in Psychology from Valparaiso University. I hold certifications in CGP (Grief Informed) and CCTP (Clinical Trauma) practices.
