I believe every patient is different and I work hard to establish individualized plans of care. I provide a confidential, judgment-free environment. I support clients in enhancing their awareness of life patterns and stuck points that have prevented desired growth. When working with a couple, my approach is to assist in helping to identify patterns that couples are typically not conscious of and are generally unproductive in a relationship. My view is that regardless of the content, both individuals are contributing towards how things presently are. If both are motivated towards improving the relationship, success is guaranteed.
