I help youth and adults navigate anxiety, depression, and identity struggles in a safe, compassionate space. My work supports those who feel disconnected, overwhelmed, or unseen. Together, we’ll explore what’s beneath the surface, gently unlearn survival patterns, and build lasting tools for healing and self-expression.
