I have worked in many different fields before becoming a therapist, and can relate to those searching for life purpose, or just trying to get through college to find out their next step. I primarily utilize a CBT ( Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) approach. I help clients identify their goals, develop a plan, and encouragement and accountability to implement that plan, tweaking along the way if needed. I have a coaching style and am an encourager by nature.
