I’m passionate about helping adults and teens heal trauma, reduce anxiety, and navigate tricky relational dynamics. I love working with kids who show big worries or anger by using play therapy to ease anxiety and build emotional regulation. I believe symptoms have roots in our experiences. I check my ego at the door to bring insight, creativity, and humor. I’m a neurodiversity and gender-affirming therapist with advanced training in play therapy, complex trauma, and EMDR for kids, teens, and adults.
