They provide the foundation for our work together. Empathy- it is vital that you feel seen, heard, and understood. Validation- I believe that ALL feelings are valid, and I strive to create a safe space for them to emerge and process. Alliance- therapy is most effective when it is a collaboration built on trust and unconditional support. Transformation- whatever you are struggling with, my job is to inspire change and help you transform into the person you want to be.
