I view therapy as a tool to address challenges we all encounter navigating the transitions and stressors of modern life, including those that arise in our relationships, our work, or in dealing with the effects of depression, anxiety, or other mood concerns. Through patient investigation, careful listening, and the development of a warm and trusting relationship, I strive to help clients identify the points where they may have gotten stuck, and work collaboratively to develop new pathways to greater life satisfaction and personal growth.
