About

I have a particular interest in helping people find meaning and healing after experiences of spiritual or religious trauma. I work with individuals and couples (straight, gay, lesbian, bisexual, trans, and queer) who are exploring intimacy, sexuality, identity, and the effects of depression, anxiety, trauma, and other mental health challenges. As both a therapist and a gay man who has walked his own path of faith and self-acceptance, I bring empathy, curiosity, and authenticity to the work we do together. My goal is to help clients unpack shame, rejection, or loss of belonging and move toward a sense of wholeness and peace.
