During over 25 years experience I collaborated with adults and adolescents to move beyond anxiety, depression, panic, anger, and difficulties in relationships. Our work will be based a trusting relationship and understanding of your current life challenges and how past stresses, traumas, and relationships may have led you to be stuck in distorted ways of thinking and problem behaviors. You will develop and practice more successful ways to deal with life situations and interactions with others. If you would benefit from medication, I am experienced coordinating care with providers.
