With so many challenges facing us today, it can be overwhelming, even downright frightening, attempting to manage our emotions or life’s challenges – often both. Working through adversity helps us to discover who we are authentically and places us on a path of understanding and growth. The path can seem lonely and confusing, but I am here to assist. My ideal client is someone who has made a commitment to themselves to face their uniqueness, their circumstances, and their challenges with a new perspective. (New clients outside Central MS by virtual appointment only). I am a licensed professional counselor, supervisor, and Play Therapist with over 15 years of experience. I work with all age groups to achieve healthy transformations. My approach is a collaborative partnership where we work to accomplish your goals and improved health. I offer both in-person and virtual services.
