Ms. Ayala is a Licensed Professional Counselor and AZBHE board certified supervisor. I specialize in adolescents from ages 13 and up, young adult, and older adult population. My treatment areas include trauma, anxiety, depression, personality disorders, mood disorders, suicidal ideation, anger management, stress management, and sex trafficking. Treatment modalities include up to but not all CBT, TF-CBT, DBT, Reality therapy, motivational interviewing, harm reduction, and choice therapy. I believe while our minds carry our emotional stress, our bodies do, too. We store trauma and stress in our bodies.
