I work with a range of folks, but some of my favorite experiences are working with folks who are figuring out who they are, navigating life transitions, and/or are just new to therapy. I value creating a safe space for folks to laugh, cry, feel, process, and even push back if they disagree with me. Being your therapist means I’ll work to build trust and a foundation for you to feel comfortable and supported, you’ll have agency and choice in how our sessions go.
