I have nearly 20 years of experience in human services with the last 8 years being focused on my graduate education and becoming a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker. My approach is holistic and tailored to each individual's unique needs. I believe that everyone has the potential to live a fulfilling and meaningful life. By identifying and working towards their goals, my clients are able to unlock their full potential and create a life they love. I use a variety of modalities including CBT, Narrative Therapy, Person-Centered, and Mindfulness.
