I am a Latina, neurodivergent (ADHD) therapist who clients have described as friendly, upbeat, and honest. I love to work with neurodivergent young adults who are struggling with setting boundaries, anxiety, trauma, and ADHD. Clients who work with me tend to like making jokes in session, being challenged with compassion, and working collaboratively to work towards their goals. Together, we can identify your strengths, find ways to improve everyday life, and create a new understanding of what it means to have a healthy relationship with yourself and others.
