As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with a Doctorate in Clinical Social Work, I am passionate about actively listening to human experiences. I understand that many people deeply desire to be heard, honored, and feel connected. I firmly believe that clients are the experts of their own lives, and it is a privilege for me to cultivate a space where they feel safe and brave enough to invite me into the most challenging and vulnerable parts of their journeys. In our first session, you can expect to receive validation and affirmation. Seeking therapy can be challenging and may evoke fears and resistance, especially if it's your first time. Even those who have experienced therapy before might face other challenges when seeking help.
