Hi! I'm Erica Delgado, a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I work exclusively with women who are navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, people-pleasing, and difficulty with confidence and assertiveness. You will receive guidance that meets you where you are at. I look forward to meeting you. I specialize and exclusively work in Women’s health. I am a client-centered EMDR-trained therapist. With compassion and empathy, I aim to help women heal from trauma, overcome anxiety and depression, build confidence, and step into their power with assertiveness and self-trust.
