I work with clients who come from many different backgrounds, and who have a wide variety of different needs. I am a best clinical fit for those who are willing to put in the work to transform unhelpful patterns on the surface, and to explore and heal wounded parts of the self underneath. If you seek to enrich your relationships and life with more vitality and meaning, please inquire! I also provide clinical supervision/consultation to other therapists within the U.S. and internationally. I have 15 years in the field, and have experience in a multitude of environments and settings. I specialize in working with therapists/caregivers, LGBTQIA+ folx, those looking for deeper level exploration, and those on a spiritual path of healing. I have a great deal of experience in interfaith spaces, and draw most often from family systems, IFS (parts work), psychodynamic theory, Jung, narrative therapy, somatic experiencing, mindfulness, & EMDR.
