Accepting new clients! Hello, my name is Erica, a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) who's looking forward to helping you along your journey. I utilize a process-based therapy model (PBT) with trauma-informed, evidence-based approaches, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to help clients recover from depression, anxiety, PTSD, and navigate life stressors and transitions. I work with individuals as well as couples. I'm also versed in college/career counseling and fantasy & geek culture applied to therapy! While we talk, it's my priority to hold a safe and collaborative space where you can be your authentic self.
