Working in mental health comes from a deep desire to help others. I have always been curious and passionate about learning how the mind works and what drives certain behaviors. I am continually inspired by human resilience and feel privileged to be in a field that allows me to support others as they explore their identities, discover themselves, deepen self-understanding, and heal from intergenerational wounds and unhelpful patterns. I have extensive experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds who are navigating life transitions, anxiety, depression, ADHD, academic or professional burnout, existential concerns, and grief. My goal is to support clients in strengthening psychological well-being, fostering personal growth, gaining clarity, and living meaningful, fulfilling.
