Most of my clients are seeking to feel better, to accept themselves, to feel empowered, and to truly enjoy their lives. I am licensed in OR and CA. I utilize a holistic approach to healing that addresses people on all levels (body, mind and soul). I love blending psychology and spirituality. Many clients come to me for hypnosis to overcome fears such as fear of flying, or to enhance confidence for auditions and performances. I enjoy working with clients to improve areas of their life they might be struggling with and to release old patterns of thought and behavior that no longer serve them.
