My mission is to treat each person with compassion, kindness and respect. I know that therapy is not a “one size fits all” process, which is why my treatment style is integrative, eclectic, dynamic, and heavily goal/coaching focused. I work to meet each client where they are in their journey while helping to motivate and encourage positive change and personal growth.
