Hi, I'm Erica, co-owner of Willow Cove Counseling & Wellness. My ideal client is a child or adolescent who’s feeling overwhelmed by the challenges of school or home life. They might struggle with managing big emotions, handling frustration, or finding the right words to express how they feel. Deep down, they want to feel more confident, calm, and understood. Together, we work on building coping skills, improving emotional expression, and creating healthy ways to navigate stress. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where they can grow, heal, and discover their own strengths.
