I support high-achieving, perfectionist women, particularly working moms, who look successful on the outside but feel overwhelmed, self-critical, and stretched too thin on the inside. I also support women navigating career stress and transitions such as pregnancy/postpartum. Using solution-focused and somatic-based strategies, I help you navigate the connection between mind and body to find relief and greater nourishment to all parts of yourself. You’ll learn how to meet yourself not where you think you should be, but where you actually are. My approach emphasizes somatic awareness, practical strategies, and self-compassion to help you step off the treadmill of constant doing and feel more deeply connected.
