Many of my clients come to me feeling overwhelmed, disconnected from family or loved ones, hopeless about the future, or like they’re struggling to make decisions or meaningful change. They may be uncertain of how to start the process of change or healing, though they’re ready for growth and understanding. I respect and believe in every person’s right to make their own decisions, and recognize how society itself has barriers that impede balance, and overall health (mental and physical). My goal is to provide an open, non-judgmental, and safe space for you to learn more about yourself—with help.
