I specialize in professional counseling services for individuals grappling with depression, anxiety, grief, relationship conflict, trauma and complex life transitions. I provide therapy in a judgement free environment and enjoy working with people with different backgrounds, belief systems, and sexual orientations. I am also a certified life coach and provide coaching to enhance goal setting and quality of life in many different life areas.
