I am passionate about mental health. It is essential in my work with clients to provide education on the importance of mental health and total wellness. It is the key to function as one’s most optimized self. I present a safe, secure, and unbiased atmosphere for clients to unravel and discover the organic and/or environmental roots of impairing symptoms or circumstances. Clinical experience includes crisis work, trauma, life transitional issues, stress, anxiety, depression, and bipolar I/II, as well as grief, existential matters, and self-identity development issues.
