I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I bring over 18 years of experience in guiding individuals through their journeys of healing and self-discovery. I specialize in working with anxiety, depression, life transitions, and trauma. My goal is to create a warm, genuine, and supportive space where you can feel safe to heal. I believe in meeting you wherever you are in your healing process, providing empathy and support to help you feel empowered. Together, we’ll build trust and work towards your goals to help you navigate through life's struggles and lead a more fulfilling life. I use a variety of therapeutic approaches including, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, Client-Centered Therapy, and Nationally Certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TFCBT). These modalities are instrumental in assisting clients to process current or past traumas.
