A favorite quote of mine is, "The truth always happens." Too often, our present truth is filled with suffering and anxiety. But we can shape our truth, to better cope with disorder or overcome pain and trauma. The therapeutic process provides insight into behaviors and actions that allows for growth in self and relationships. I specialize in working with children, adolescents and adults of all backgrounds, helping clients and families to understand a range of behaviors and disorders. Working together, clients learn to recognize feelings, relate them to behaviors, and develop tools to recreate their own truth.
