I work with women that are navigating any and all of lifes many transitions. .Whether it is transitioning to college, adulthood, relationship commitment, pregnancy, motherhood, parenting, hormonal shifts, divorce, loss, and/or work transitions, I would love to be there with you to support you in whatever you need. I will utilize a multitude of therapeutic approaches (CBT, interpersonal, client centered, trauma focused, solution focused, psychodynamic, etc) to assist you in your journey.
